I received is the updated version which I am using with a new Chamberlain door model C2202T. My new door opener would not work with my 2007 vehicle's HomeLink frequency. Only took about 10 minutes to install and get working. Please know the small part that looks like a remote is not a remote. It's purpose is to pair with your car's HomeLink so it can communicate thru the included module.
